Return Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your order, you may return most items within 14 days of delivery.

• Unopened and unused products in original packaging
• Items with manufacturing defects
• Wrong items delivered

Non-Returnable Items

• Opened or used products (for hygiene reasons)
• Products with broken seals
• Sale or clearance items

How to Return

Contact our support team at orders@ayraafrica.co.ke with your order number and reason for return. We'll provide you with return instructions.

Refund Timeline

Once we receive your returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days. The amount will be credited to your original payment method.
